I hate to do this, but I have left numerous voicemails and even sent emails trying to get a hold of @Jaric00n . I even tried sending a PM, but his inbox is full...

Ordered a 80 series center diff spool from them on 7/31 and never received an email confirming the order ..Emailed theme a week later to see if ordered had been received and processed and they emailed me back stating that the part ordered was not in Stock and that they should have them any day.(was kinda of annoyed because even to this day, it shows the part in stock I their website).Asked if I was ok with that and I replied with yeah that's cool if it's any day know, and if the send me...

Redline Street Performance

I ordered up a full exhaust system on Amazon with Redline Street Performance as the vendor. Found out yesterday that it was a scam. According to the reviews they just don't deliver any products. I had sent them an email, which Amazon said couldn't be delivered due to the vendor pulling out of there system or something to that effect. Not sure how or why Amazon allows people like this to remain on there website.

I know this has been discussed before but I wanted everybody to get some current information. On July 8th of this year I spoke with Alex Carvallo of AOE about getting one of his front bumpers for my 80 series Land Cruiser. After agreeing on options (no extras) and price ($900 plus shipping), I paid him with my Visa. I was told at that time, and agreed because of it, that the bumper would ship out in 2.5 weeks. Anyone had issues with Majojo4?

So, I've never had a single problem with vendors, sellers, eBay, etc. I ordered two items from Mike several months ago. I promptly paid through paypal the full amount. Several weeks later, I checked the status of the delivery, nothing. I'm currently stationed in Germany so I had them sent to a trusted friend on the west coast. He confirmed that nothing came to him. I had him double and triple check....nothing. Majojo4 tells me in several thousands of transactions this has only...

my experience with cruiser-connection or cc-parts in Germany:

I ordered a parts lot of €529. They assured me all the parts were available and would be shipped in four weeks. It took over 3 months before I received parts, and a lot of the parts were not there. I contacted them by email because they didn't pick up the phone. After a long time and lots of emailing they refunded €48, but I'm missing €292 on parts value.

And now they don't reply my emails anymore. Except one last reply I got...

Buyer Beware on XXi Industries.
Mark at XXi is a crook and burned me of my hard earned money.
Not even 1000kms out of an injection pump and the tear down showed plenty of cut corners.
Only willing to make amends after the customer goes to fix the problem and warranty is void.
He does not have the customers best interest and is only out for himself.

Well like many on here lately have had horror stories with METRIC TLC. But they have gotten to a new low.

I had ordered a leather kit for my 80 series back in Nov. Paid for it and waited.. During this time communication with Shane is quick and steady. Then towards the new years, I get a text after I hat sent him a few requesting an update. Well he sends a picture with him supposedly in the ER. So I am like "OK, get better we will talk in a few weeks." So I then start emailing, and texting...

Recently ordered a part from there. Didn't receive a shipping confirmation. So I try to contact them. After about 5 days I email them asking to cancel the order. No response. This has been resolved, there was a mixup with shipping and communication that caused a final delay in the delivery. @musthave has been gracious the entire time even through my frustrations.

I just had an issue with a member (due to the tone and politeness, not gonna mention names unless I have to, but he is a vendor here). I posted a want ad for a set of 60020 shocks. The guy contacts me, offers them to me. I ask for photos, he gives them. I ask for a way to pay, and in a matter of minutes he contacts me back and says someone else just bought them. Why offer them one seller if you are shopping around for buyers....just list them, bump and be done with it.

The customer called me today and made the payment. He has been out of the country(which I knew he travels often) and wasn't aware of the payment due to me because of some miscommunication with the driver. I would do business with him again and would encourage anyone else to do the same .

AllPro Offroad Screwed me

I Bought an Apex bumper in bare steel for our brand new '15 Tacoma and received it around January.

It sat in my shop for a month until I could install it. When I attempted to fit it, The bumper sat 1.5" too far to the passenger side, and 3/4" too far up. This means it rubs tight against the driver fender with a 3" gap on the passenger side, and no clearance vertically on the drivers side.
