Ordered seat covers for our LX color is way off on whats online bottoms barely fit and the arm rests didnt fit either. Called last week and talked to Mark about exchanging them he said no problem because other peiple had said the same problem with the color. So we paid to ship them back now i get a call back today trying to charge me shipping back to my house plus a resticking fee for an exchange. Complete rip off and wont hear back from customer service manager until tomorrow. Horrible...
